Can someone explain the difference between a 48 Chief rear fender verses a 41 Super Scout rear fender? I have been looking and I am having a hard time find good pictures that show the difference.

Which do you have or are you looking for one? I can supply good photos of a 1947 rear fender and another which has been drilled for saddlebags. (I'm not sure what year the other is, but it looks the same.)

Look at the Iron Horse Corral website. They make both fenders. Their brochure has better pictures than their site.
