I have a 2002 scout with 1500 miles on it. Just put new battery in the bike. Having starter problems. The starter zinges but woun’t ingage. Do I have a ground problem or what?

I have an ’02 spirit also. I get nothing when I push the start switch. I’m pretty sure it’s in the wiring. I had a new starter put in at 1500 miles. The original was too weak. If you’re sure… Read more»

i usually lube the whole length of the wires and a little bit on the sleeves moving parts. I don’t like wd40 or any spray lube for this as it attracts dirt. many people will probably pound me for saying… Read more»

the throttle may just need a little filing,do you
think some white lithium in the T slide
